APPOINTMENT POLICY

Our goal is to provide you with quality care. Your treatment is reserved especially for you, allowing substantial time to discuss your concerns and goals with us. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. A missed appointment prevents us from offering that appointment to another client, who could have been seen during that time.

 

We are very understanding and compassionate - aware that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance for tattoos & permanent makeup and 24 hours in advance for piercings.

 

All appointments will require a deposit. The amount will be dependent on the service(s) you schedule [see below] and will be applied to your total cost of treatment. Please have your credit card ready when booking. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. We have an automated appointment reminder that go out 48, 24 and 1 hour before your scheduled appointment.

Appointment Types

Permanent Makeup/Microblading: $100 Deposit

Tattoos: $100 Deposit

Piercings: $15 Deposit per piercing

Service Animal Policy 

We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for all our customers. We need to be made aware that you have a service animal prior to your appointment, as we do not allow pets in shop in the state of Georgia due to health and safety regulations. 

 

According to the ADA, service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities. We are happy to welcome service animals that meet these criteria into our shop.

 

Please note that we ask all customers to ensure that their service animals are well-behaved and under control at all times. In addition, Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not recognized by the ADA as service animals.  If you have any specific needs or questions, feel free to reach out!
